We are capping players on the team so there will be more playing time. We are playing positionless lacrosse, where players learn to play lacrosse, not just plays. Players will identify advantageous scenarios and read and react making quality decisions on the field during live play.

Each team will never have more than 22 players. Every player who attends a tournament will get on the field. Even though they bring different skills, their transition onto the field should be seamless.

One thing we learned from the World Cup is that teams that focus on player development and training are more successful and implement higher-level concepts. There is a reason why all of the new NBA superstars are from other countries.
 
I believe that if kids truly want to advance, it all comes down to building skills. And the only way to build skills is to get repetition in training. Once the players have the tools, then plugging them into team concepts is very easy for a coach.

We will have 4 positional coaches at each Training Session. Players of the same position will work in small groups with a coach who specializes in that same position for 90 minutes, twice a week. The first 7 weeks will be tournament-focused. The second 7 weeks will be to prepare for the spring session.

We will have a calendar posted in two weeks. Sessions will be 1-2 times a week. We understand that many players are involved in a fall sport, so we’re trying to create a flexible calendar that minimizes conflicts.

Once you submit an Interest Form, we will fill the roster based on recommendations from your team/program coaches and space available per position. You will then promptly receive an email informing you of your player status and next steps.
