​Egg and Spoon Lacrosse was founded in 2000, in Seattle Washington, by Jack Visco, Ryan Painter and Dejon Hush, to provide players a chance to play lacrosse during the summer.  ​

Directors Coach Visco and Coach Hush offer camps in the greater Seattle area, including Bainbridge, Central Seattle, Shoreline, North Shore and Kirkland. As Egg and Spoon has grown and expanded over the past twenty+ years, our vision has remained consistent: to build young player’s confidence, while improving on proficiency, in a fun and rewarding atmosphere.​

At Egg and Spoon Lacrosse camps players of all positions and skill levels have an opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and players in the Northwest.  Many coaches were former campers themselves, who now play at the Division 1, 2, and 3 College levels.
