For players from the NorthWest, there are limited opportunities to work and train with coaches of their choice.
Tournaments have thousands of players and multiple fields and locations. There is no guarantee your player will be seen and play in front of a certain coach.
NCAA coaches are always looking to recruit the best student-athletes who fit their culture and vision. NorthWest Best is another touchpoint for you and coaches throughout your recruiting journey. Tournaments provide information about a play from one perspective. This showcase will help define the skill set, personality, and other intangibles. There are many good lacrosse players, but being good alone does not meet a coach's needs.
Your family will gain value and experience from this event as well. The recruiting landscape is crowded, with hundreds of avenues for gaining exposure.
-
NWBest will host a player and a parent for recruiting information during the event, sharing insights, answering questions, addressing common myths, and providing families with actionable next steps in their process.
